Time for some more random information about me! and then you can go to Mannland5 to read more trivia about other people. Or you can post some of your own. And then we can all be the proud possessors of random knowledge and useless facts...

The questions..

1. What year did you graduate high school? 1998, wow that's twelve years ago already

2. What part of your body do you neglect the most? my feet, probably. I look at them often and think, hmm, I should take better care of those poor things. But it's habit, after not being able to see them at all during three pregnancies...

3. Beach house or Lake house? beach house, definitely.

4. Mac or PC? depends. for straightforward stuff like documents and internet, I say PC. for art and graphic design, I say Mac.

5. Did you wear braces? nope. should have, but the money wasn't there. Oh well, gives me a great "in" with little kids - they always ask, "Why does your tooth stick out like that?" and I tell them that I am related to Dracula, and poof! we are instant friends!

6. If you could be one person for a day..living or deceased..who would you be? Martha Stewart. I am dying to know what goes on in her head all day...

7. How many times have you moved in your life? nine, I think.

8. Would you rather cook or clean? cook! definitely not one of those people that think it is fun to clean...

Hey, y'all! It's time again for a little more Getting to Know You, courtesy of Mannland5. I'm sitting here with my nose running like a faucet, the sinus pressure blocked up to HERE, and all alone. :( I have discovered that watching the Super Bowl solo is not all that fun!

But in case you didn't know:

1. How many piercings do you have?
Technically, I have two piercings in each ear, although the second hole in each is pretty much closed up due to my laziness. I don't need any other holes in my body, thanks. I have enough trouble with the ones I have. :)

2. I love the sound of.....?
my kiddos enthusiastically reciting their favorite Bible verses and making up their own versions of songs. oh, that and the sound of the Spud's giggling when he's tickled. And, the coffee percolating in the morning. hm, lots of sounds I love...

3. Favorite city?
Portland, OR. I have completely embraced this new city in my life. Lots of art, fun places, interesting people, great architecture, and Voodoo Donuts.

4. Colts, Saints, or could care less?
Sorry, Dad, I like the Colts, but today I'm rooting for the underdog. It would be great to see Brees lead the Saints to victory!

5. Frozen yogurt or ice cream?
Please give me the fattening stuff - ice cream! If you share Tillamook Udderly Chocolate or Mint Chocolate Chip with me, you will automatically become my new best friend.

6. Favorite appetizer?
Chips and salsa from Chevy's. Pretty sure I could make a meal out of them. I could also just eat the salsa sans chips. Mad good!

7. What item in your closet currently makes you the happiest?
Hmm. I really like my chocolate brown shirtdress. That, or maybe my new robins egg blue super soft sweater.

8.Favorite facial moisturizer?
I don't have a favorite. Is it bad that I don't really use facial moisturizer? I love lotion though - current favorite is Drenched in Pink: Fresh and Clean from Victoria's Secret.

Woot! Just saw the Saints score their first touchdown!

Keely over at MannLand5 has been quite energetic in motivating all us bloggers to get to know each other a little more. To do so, she has been posting a list of questions each Sunday for all us Sunday afternoon bloggers to answer and link up.

So, in honor of something to do during the commercials of the Vikings/Saints game, here goes:

1. Waffles, pancakes, or french toast? I adore french toast, especially french toast stuffed with cream cheese and drizzled in berry syrup. Pancakes are a close second - I enjoy pumpkin, chocolate chip, blueberry,you name it!

2. Dream home - what would it look like? A large red two-story home with a wrap-around porch, huge yard with lots of trees. Not too picky:)

3. Favorite sport to watch during the Winter Olympics? To be honest, I probably won't watch any of the Winter Olympics. After all, I have to keep up on all my reality TV shows! haha

But if I did, I would watch figure skating.

4. The first word that comes to mind when describing yourself? crazy -it applies to my personality, my hair, my house, my family...

5. Dresses, pants (jeans, leggings, etc), or skirts? I am in skirts all the time. sometimes dresses, but they aren't as forgiving as my skirts. :)

6. What is your favorite time of day? 8:30 pm - the kiddies are bathed and tucked in bed, the dishes are done and the dining room cleaned - time to relax or paint or do computer stuff

7. Beach or Mountains, which do you prefer? We have both here in Oregon. They are both gorgeous, but I must admit I am a big beach fan! :)

8. Will you watch the Super Bowl? Yes, it is a big family tradition. We always get together with family and friends and theme our party around the food chosen for that year. This year it is steak and a baked potato bar! yum.
