And I am so thrilled, so blessed, so insanely happy to be posting this picture today. (Although 41 weeks was technically last Wednesday, but hey cut me some slack, I just had a baby!) :)
I have lots to share about the wonderful birth experience and the amazing bundle of joy that God chose to bless us with, but those will have to wait until a later date. Right now, I am just trying to soak up all these first moments with my family, to get adjusted to life with a newborn again as well as balancing four kids, and to enjoy this Christmas season with my man and kiddos.
And here she is - introducing Hosanna Joy, who arrived very early on Sunday morning (December 11th). She weighed in at seven pounds fifteen ounces and measured 20 inches long. She looks so much like my newborn pics of the Spud. Of course, she has the Foster blue eyes, but she was born with the darkest hair of any of my kids. It is already starting to get a little lighter though - I am sure she will join our ranks of blondies.
Such a sweet family...and a great mom and dad too! You are an awesome mom! Thanks for having such a big heart and your contagious SMILE! <3 you...
