Well, I have loads of baking and cooking to do today so this post will be short. The Mikester hit a milestone yesterday - he had his first "solid" food. As you can see by the pics, he had mixed reactions to the rice cereal. First he made a face and spit it out. Then he seemed to like it and actually gave me a smile. Then David came over to give him a kiss (why I have no idea) and Mike looks terrified! After that, he was no longer happy with the whole rice cereal thing.
I tasted it and can totally relate. That stuff is nasty! Maybe tomorrow I'll sneak him a little pumpkin pie with whipped cream...
